We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, pickup and destination addresses, requested travel dates and times, flight information, passenger and luggage details, accessibility or car-seat needs, booking notes, estimated trip pricing, and communications with us.
How we use information
We use booking information to prepare quotes, review and fulfill transportation requests, check availability, communicate about reservations, maintain business records, prevent fraud and abuse, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
SMS and mobile information
Smart Ride uses SMS primarily to send internal booking-request notifications to the business owner and, when separately authorized, to communicate service-related information. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, and opt-in information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers only as necessary to operate our communications and booking systems, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-use restrictions.

Service providers
We use service providers to host and operate our website and booking system, store booking records, deliver email and SMS notifications, prevent spam, calculate routes and pricing, and check calendar availability. Information sharing

Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
